What happens at the edges
- If your plan lapses
- Your data and your proof log stay intact and readable. What pauses is new sends and new properties beyond the free allowance.
- More than 20 units
- The Landlord plan is built for self-managing portfolios up to 20 units. Above that, reply to any TenancyPack email and we will tell you honestly whether this is the right tool.
- Cancelling
- Billing runs through Stripe and you can cancel at any time from your billing page. There is no notice period and no exit fee.
- Scope
- England only. TenancyPack does not produce Welsh, Scottish or Northern Irish tenancy documents, and you should not use these ones there.
